GENERAL INFORMATION
The Integral Scientist is a multipurpose program with a number of useful
utilities for scientists, science educators and students. It would normally
be classified as a SCIENCE program. If you have a CHEMISTRY category in
your cataloging scheme it should be placed there. If you do not have a
SCIENCE classification, you may include it in the EDUCATIONAL category.
The Integral Scientist also includes a Units Calculator which exceeds the
capabilities of any other such convertor known to be currently available. If
your catalog includes cross-references, please cross-reference The Integral
Scientist from the category which includes any other unit conversion programs.
The Integral Scientist is written in C and uses a pre-indexed file access
technique that makes it very fast, even on a slow PC with floppy drives.
